Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Our application, Skyp, uses Google APIs to access and manage Gmail data with the user's explicit consent.

Skyp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only access, use, store, and share Gmail data as necessary to provide core user-facing features of the app, and we do not transfer Gmail data to others unless it is necessary to provide or improve these features, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not use Gmail data for serving ads, and we do not allow humans to read this data unless:

• we have the user's affirmative agreement,
• it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse),
• to comply with applicable law, or
• for our internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
